Hi, I’m Danielle Bingham, founder of Moxie Savvy Billing and Bookkeeping. I’m based in Kirkland, Washington, and work with clients both locally and across the U.S.
I bring over 22 years of hands-on experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, and bookkeeping, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered closely with healthcare providers and business owners who are managing a lot behind the scenes, especially when it comes to finances, billing, and operations.
I’m a Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS), Certified Medical Coding Specialist (CMCS), and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Beyond those credentials, what matters most to me is how I show up for my clients. I take a steady, solutions-focused approach to challenges like disorganized processes, unclear financials, and delayed payments, because I understand how stressful and time-consuming those issues can be.
On a more personal note, I’ve always been someone who naturally brings order to chaos. I genuinely enjoy digging into the details, solving problems, and creating systems that make things run more smoothly. I also understand what it’s like to balance work, responsibilities, and the pressure of keeping everything on track, which is why I approach every client relationship with empathy, patience, and respect for your time.
